The Middle School Ministry exists to lead middle school students into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

Sunday Morning Live (SML)

SML is a Sunday morning class designed to give students in grades 6-8 an opportunity to participate in a small group of peers, led by a caring adult.  They are challenged to grow deeper in their faith, as we dig into Scripture and discuss how to apply the things we are learning to our daily lives.  Scripture memory is an important element of SML. Students meet every Sunday at 9am in room 206. N

No class on May 27 and June 3. Summer class kicks off on June 10, students entering 6th grade in the Fall may join us then.

 

The Net

The Net is a friendly, welcoming, dynamic evening where we engage students with games, videos, music and large group lessons that will introduce them to the life that Jesus calls them to.  Snack and fellowship time at the end allows them to connect with one another and with an adult team member.  Students are encouraged to bring their friends each week! Open to all 6th-8th graders!

Wednesday nights 7-8:30. Bring friends!

Wildside

Wildside is a leadership training and development study for all 8th graders who regularly attend our Wednesday and Sunday programs. WildSide meets on various Sundays each month from 4-6pm. For more information, contact Craig at  ca_burd@hotmail.com.

Upcoming Events

8th Grade Mission Team Meeting - Sunday, May 20, 10:15-10:45am, room 210. There is still room on the team. $25 deposit due.  Contact Bob if interested, bob@pvwinona.com or 452.5518.  Team will serve with Christian organizations in the Twin Cities August 10-12, 2012.
